N9750004 This beautiful chalet is located in the unique, unobstructable location of Altea. It was built in 1972 but the owners have always been anxious to keep the property in order and well-maintained.
From the big swimming pool on the terrace one has a fantastic panoramic view of the sea. There is a terrace of about 50 square meters with a living room suite that invites one to stay.
The garden is similar to a park and is fitted out with a lot of plants and palm trees. A built-in stove is suitable for grilling.
In the beautiful pond there are any number of goldfish and water lilies that provide a very charming atmosphere. There is still a small guest house on the back side of the chalet in which there is currently an apartment and a garage.
In addition there is a garage which is cultivated in the chalet. The whole property is enclosed by a high wall and is unobservable.
The living areas are very spacious and in the main living room there is a fireplace. Make an appointment quickly to come see the object and you will be completely enchanted.
