From the sunny terrace there is a view of the sea. There are also living rooms, kitchen and a bedroom that are facing the beach.
The house has a water fountain and a modern solar arrangement for electricity and hot water. Subdivision: at the beginning of the house is a big living room with glass sliding doors that lead to the terrace and fire-place.
Also, on the rear part of the property on which there is another terrace (shady in the summer and pleasantly cool) with big glass sliding doors. Through the hall one gets to the kitchen.
