All shopping facilities exist. The restaurant and the hotel enterprise were started in August, 2004.
Already in the 1st financial year there was a very good turnover which will continue to increase. The complete arrangement was built from thermal/Porothon.
Thermal insulation and sound absorption was also installed. The restaurant has more than 50 seats inside and 25 seats on the terrace.
The bar is fitted out with a cooler and draught beer. Ther is also a very well furnished kitchen with pizza oven.
