Originally the houses were designed as holiday homes, but more than 90 per cent of the owners have had their main domiciles here as well which is permitted officially. The dwelling-house, or holiday home was established in 1982/83 in wood construction.
The property has a size of 473 m ² and is only obervable from the outside under certain circumstances. It is secluded and arranged in such a way that one has no direct neighbors on three sides.
On the terrace orientated to the east there is sun all day long! The house is fitted out with wood insulated windows and gas heating. The overall condition is very good.
At present the upper floor is being renovated. You can move in right after purchase! The garden could use some care.
However it has not run wild; it just has potential to look more beautiful. Interior equipment: ground floor Vestibule: floors: PV.
Walls: wood planking, ceilings: wood ceilings. Dining-room: floors: laminate / beech walls: yellow Ceiling: wood ceilings, renovated.

Bedroom: new fitted carpet, blankets and walls from rough fiber, renovated in 2005. Guest WC: floors were renovated with PVC, walls and ceilings with wallpaper, fitted out in 2002.
