 The single storey house measures 140m2 of construction, is set on a plot measuring 5,080 square metres. The house is connected to mains water and electricity and comes with a eucalyptus forest. It is a good state of repair and ready to move into. To the rear of the house there is a detached storage annex. The garden surrounding the house is fenced and has been landscaped with a variety of mature trees and shrubs. There is a paved patio area to the rear of the house as well as an above ground swimming pool. A large proportion of the property's land has eucalyptus trees, which can be harvested every nine years for a modest return.
The property is situated in the countryside and has complete privacy. The closest village to the property is Beco, approximately four km. Beco has several cafes and a restaurant and is a popular location for many tourist because of the stunning scenery. The larger town of Ferreira do Zezere is around 13 km. The closest airport is Lisbon, which is 164 km.
