Our attractive accommodation has been created by the lovingly and
painstaking renovation of a large XVII century farmhouse, placed on the left bank of the Arno river, near the ancient Sanctuary of Santa Maria in Valle, the origins of which date back to the late Middle Ages.
A few kilometres from the house is the ancient hamlet of Laterina with
its perfectly preserved town centre and ancient castle, the scene of fierce battles fought between the Municipality of Arezzo and the Florentine Republic.
The farmhouse, divided into one cottage and four apartments, is
located on the slopes of one of the many hills which make up the foothills of the high peaks of Pratomagno and which at this point gently descend towards the Arno Its position is particularly privileged since combines the peace and tranquillity of the place with the opportunity of making fast and easy trips to the most interesting art cities of central Italy, in Tuscany and Umbria.
We are in the upper Valdarno ( this area is called Chianti Aretino) just few kiloters away from the Florentine Chianti.

The house is surrounded by a large garden area equipped with tables,
chairs and canopies, where the swimming pool of 8 x 12 metres is situated, with a part for children (3x3 metres). The apartments have been tastefully finished and furnished in the old Tuscan style. You will find oak beams ceilings, red terracotta floors and iron beds. They are all provided with satellite TV. Laundry room with washing machine available for common use.Hair Dryer in every accomodation.

First floor apartment with access from outside stairs and small loggia shared with Il Covo apartment. The entrance  is directly into the Sitting/dining room with kitchenette, on the left a passage leads  into a double bedroom, twin bedroom, bathroom with shower.From the sitting /dining room a wooden stair leads up stair to a family room with three single beds. EQUIPMENT: microwave, refrigerator/ freezer, electric oven, hobs, percolator, mini food processor, plenty of dishes, cutlery , glasses ( wine glasses included),kettle, tea pot...and obviously all it is needed to make yourself feel at home.

The location cost include: initial cleaning, use of electricity, hot  and
cold water, bed linens, bathroom towels, kitchen linens, cooking gas.
It doesn't include, caution deposit (€ 150 to be paid on the arrival
And given back of the departure) final cleaning €16 per person, heating  at consumption is  € 4,00 per m3.
The apartment has its own heating system.>
The bed linens, and the bathroom towels are
changed every week and the change is included. As is included the free use of the laundry ( we supply all the soap and softner). We can also offer free reservation for the most important Museums.
