The land is fertile and there is a large well for irrigation purposes as well as a large water storage deposit.
Adjacent to the cottage there is a covered parking area for up to two vehicles. There are neighbouring properties either side of the cottage, but these are not situated close and the property does retain it's privacy.
The cottage is located in Valdonas, which is close to several cafe bars. The historic town of Tomar is approximately 10 minutes by car.
The closest airport to the property is located at Lisbon, which is approximately one and a quarter hours drive.
