The house, which is set over three floors, measures 164 square metres of construction and is set on a plot measuring 3,200 square metres.
The house was built in 2005 to a high standard and has been built with attention to detail with many original style features including stone carved pillars, wooden ceilings and stone carved window and door surrounds. The house, which is set over three floors, briefly comprises:

Ground floor: There is a spacious garage to the ground floor, which has a concrete floor. The garage has an electronic up and over vehicle entrance door and is large enough to accommodate up to three vehicles. There is also a personnel access door to this floor, which leads into a laundry room with a terracotta tiled floor. This room also gives access to the garage internally. First Floor: The main entrance to the house is located on the first floor. This leads into a spacious hallway, which has a terracotta tiled floor and a decorative wooden ceiling. Off this hallway there is a spacious dining room, also with a tiled floor and wooden ceiling. The dining room also has a set of patio doors, which lead out to a covered veranda at the rear of the house with good views over the countryside. The living room can be accessed either from the hallway or from the dining room via a stone archway. The living room has a tiled floor, wooden beamed ceiling and a set of patio doors which lead out to the covered veranda at the rear of the house. The living room also has a corner stone fireplace with a Salamander log burner.
The kitchen is a traditional design and is entered off the hallway through a part glazed door. The kitchen has a wide selection of built in base and eye level wooden units with marble work surfaces and also a food preparation island. The kitchen also has an exterior access door which leads out to the covered veranda.
There is a family sized bathroom to this floor with a corner bath with shower fitment above, vanity basin with storage cupboard beneath, bidet and toilet as well as a large built in wooden storage cupboard. There are two bedrooms to this floor, both of which have wooden floors. One of the bedrooms has built in wooden wardrobes with glazed panels. The other bedroom is a master suite. This master suite has an en-suite bathroom, which is fully tiled. This en-suite bathroom has a shower, vanity basin with storage cupboard beneath, toilet and bidet.

Second Floor: There are two further bedrooms to this floor, though both do require decoration and some finishing. There is also a fully tiled bathroom to this floor with a large shower, though the sanitary ware has not been installed.

The property is set on a plot measuring 3,200 square metres, all of which is walled and fenced. There is a gated driveway to the side of the house leading to the garage. The garden has been partially landscaped and there are lawns and patios areas. The property is situated near the small village of Paco da Comenda, which has several cafes and a small shop.
