The single storey cottage does require modernisation and restoration work, but has a central location within the village and comes with additional accommodation which has been previously run as a cafe. It is connected to mains water and electricity.

The main entrance to the cottage has a double, wooden door with a traditional glazed panel above. It leads into the living room which has a wooden floor. The three bedrooms all have wooden floors. There is a rustic style kitchen with a large fireplace and an external access door, which leads out to a covered patio at the rear of the cottage.

The cafe has it's own independent entrance. This leads into a spacious room with a tiled floor and a serving balcony. Off this room there are partially tiled toilets. The cafe also has an exterior access door which leads to the covered patio.

The cottage is situated in the village of Moita Norte which has several cafes, restaurants and a mini-market, all within walking distance of the cottage. The nearest town of Vila Nova da Barquinha has a post office, train station, shops, bars, health centre, school and mini-market within the town. There are several hypermarkets within a short driving distance from the house. The larger town of Tomar is approximately 15 minutes drive from the house and the closest airport is Lisbon, which is approximately one and a half hours' by car.
